These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Luck67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, browses, or uses any service, game, or feature offered through luck67.cam and its associated subdomains.

Luck67 operates as an internationally hosted online gaming platform. It is not licensed, regulated, endorsed, or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial regulatory authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on Luck67, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, which may include real-money funds and bonus credit where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free-spin allocation, cashback award, or similar incentive issued by Luck67 under specified promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before material withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the Luck67 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming services accessible through luck67.cam.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the displayed currency for balances and stakes on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting volume a User must reach before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User may block access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform, whichever is greater. Luck67 operates as an adults-only platform. Age verification may be required at any point, and accounts found to be registered by minors will be immediately suspended and any funds returned in accordance with applicable policy.

You may not register or use the Platform if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You represent and warrant that your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to you. Luck67 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

You must be acting in your personal capacity only and for recreational purposes. Registration on behalf of another person, or for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from Luck67, is strictly prohibited.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are prohibited. Luck67 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances associated with a breach of this clause.

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Luck67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Luck67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Requests for verification are typically triggered before processing material withdrawals, upon reaching specified turnover thresholds, or where the Platform has reason to conduct due-diligence checks. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Luck67 support. Pending bonus requirements, outstanding wagering obligations, and any active self-exclusion periods will be assessed prior to final closure. Real-money balances remaining at the point of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, subject to KYC completion.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method legally held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Luck67 displays balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); however, actual transaction processing and any applicable currency conversion are subject to the terms of the payment method or intermediary used. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier interface and may vary by payment method.

Luck67 may reference payment services familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. These references are made solely for contextual familiarity. None of these institutions endorses, affiliates with, or supports gambling transactions on behalf of Luck67. Users must independently confirm which payment options are operationally available at any given time.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC completion; (b) full satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; (c) compliance with the Platform's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations; and (d) minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified in the cashier interface. Luck67 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests within up to five (5) business days of approval, though efforts are made to process requests sooner. Processing times may be affected by payment-method infrastructure outside Luck67's control.

Maximum single and periodic withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the cashier section. VIP tier status may affect applicable withdrawal limits. These limits are subject to change at Luck67's reasonable discretion with notice provided to affected Users.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by Luck67 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, expiry windows, and maximum cashout caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer presentation and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer). Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. These figures are illustrative only; refer to individual offer terms for accurate requirements.

While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted single bet or spin may be restricted. Exceeding this maximum — typically specified per offer but commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per round — may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of any winnings generated in breach of this restriction.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at 100%, while live casino games, table games, or specific titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. A full game-contribution table is available within each bonus offer's individual terms.

Luck67 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate wagering volume; exploiting mathematical strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and coordinating with other users to generate low-risk wagering activity. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire as specified in the relevant offer terms. Active bonus balances that remain uncleared within the stated wagering window will be removed from the account automatically upon expiry.

Luck67 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) a market has been inadvertently left open after an event's conclusion; (c) the Platform has reason to suspect match-fixing, manipulation, or insider knowledge; or (d) the wager exceeds applicable stake limits.

Odds quoted on cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international fixtures — as well as football, UFC, and other live sports, are updated in real time and subject to change until the relevant market is closed. Live-betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at Luck67's discretion. Settled results are final unless overturned as a result of a confirmed administrative error by the Platform.

All casino and live-dealer games operate using certified random-number generation (RNG) or live-physical randomisation processes. Return-to-player (RTP) figures displayed on the Platform are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. Luck67 does not manipulate game outcomes after bets are placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — occurring during an active gaming session, Luck67 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant wager amount to the User's account. Luck67 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or through the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to circumvent or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology;
• Colluding with other Users in live-dealer or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Defaming, harassing, or threatening Luck67 staff, support agents, or other users;
• Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any Platform content in an unauthorised manner.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law-enforcement authorities where warranted.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and materials comprising the Luck67 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Luck67 or its respective licensors. No User is granted any licence, right, or permission to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Luck67.

The "Luck67" brand name, logo, and associated visual identity are proprietary marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks — including for the purpose of creating confusion, impersonation, or passing off — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Luck67 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• Luck67 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform;
• Luck67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a User's use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Luck67's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim;
• Luck67 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks used in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Luck67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Users to Luck67 is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Luck67 does not sell personal data to third parties. Users may exercise applicable data-subject rights — including access, correction, and deletion requests — through the Platform's support channels.

Luck67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides self-service tools including deposit limits, weekly loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the User's account dashboard at any time.

Luck67 reserves the right to impose additional account restrictions, including mandatory deposit limits or account suspensions, on any account where the Platform identifies indicators of potential problem gambling behaviour.

Luck67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Luck67 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of disputes arising from these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Luck67, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the Platform's formal complaints procedure, initiated by contacting support at the email address set out in Section 15 below. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the dispute-resolution mechanism applicable under the Platform's operational licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents a User from seeking emergency relief or injunctive remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights.
